yeah no muching around mate, we opportunistic redneck farmers know a thing or two, lol. Hows the saw milling going mate? busy i presume ...
Yeah Sawmilling is flat to the floor well for the time being anyway... Was an interesting week had a loaded B double packed in the log yard most the week, loaded it with sleepers the driver chained it down then the poor bugger had a heart attack!...Called the ambulance and yeah they take him away and a few days later a van turned up with two guys they unbolted the drivers set out of the truck and put a new set in it then drive off? am yet to ask the old man what the go is with that but I hear the driver is doing ok....
Can't seem to find your pic at this min but yeah sweet 2T you have there looks to be an 89/90 RMX 250 where the hell you find one in that good a nick? sweet bike!..

Good ol' AS site aye, no notifications for the dribble thread? Weird

Anyway ported saws are so loud and thirsty, give me a normal chainsaw any day. I find that if you rock the chainsaw back and forth its cuts faster and its free, can't beat that! :chainsaw:

Lol! ****ing kill switch, so simple, why can't stihl have something like that? :ices_rofl::laugh:
lol I'm hearing him why the hell doesn't Stihl have something as simple as an on/off switch? were all sick and tired of taking our stihl chainsaw back to the dealer just so they can turn it off! is all too confusing for me o_O LOL.....

Ported earmuffs fix that Rudy.

Also, make sure you use it all along the bar, not just at the motor end, otherwise you will blunt the chain up near the motor end.

I use all my bar by using a sawing motion like a hand saw...cuts quicker that way too.

His kinda gotta point ya know I don't like those stihl combo choke/ throttle lock switch things
I reckon it's the best part about the stihls personally! I'm sick of forgetting to turn the ignition switch on on my husky. Give it 4 pulls with the switch off, realize what you've done wrong and you gotta go and have a beer for 15 mins while you wait for it to unflood itself! [emoji2] at least on the stihls it comes on with the choke! I've never forgotten to put the choke on!

Well Stihl shops across the world, ''f ''off as your no longer needed, being replaced by these elcheapo chineese jobs,,,,,, with an ''on/off switch'' gee why doesn't Stihl have one of those........

Keep on working Stihl men, I don't think your replaced yet.

a clown on every corner.

edit,,,,, sorry Rudi, you already mentioned the kill ''on / off'' bit.

They are not like a 2100 are they Matty 2, what a beast ''they were and still are'' for those lucky enough to actually own one.
sometimes I might tune and test a stihl racer for one of the guys in the arena, yea I have to think sometimes, even with choke removed the trigger action still needs to move.

the weather man warned us,,,, well actually the media had ramped the cold snap up well over the top,,,, but i ignored the MSM and BOM and we got a few hours till it went to ***** wind rain and cold at little river GC

not had much need to adjust for windage at my ow club but here today the right to left over 500 yards to steel gong was up and very hard to pick as no tell tail out back it needs a flag or somthing to guide the guessing
