Vince, those muffler bolts x 3 w/ nuts, 1127 series saw, $40 retail from the Steal dealer.....30 bucks with my discount.....

And they've dropped the price of the hp ultra to a little over 20 bucks a litre if you buy it by the litre, but if you buy it by the 5 Ltrs container it's 125 to 135 bucks.....try working that one out.

Yeah I got quoted 30 bucks too for 3x bolt nut and washer. It's not too bad. We buy tonnes of high tensile bolts at work and they aren't much different to that.
I can't stand that oil. It burns in my nose. I got a carton of Mobil 1 to use. So I will be rite for a few years. [emoji6]
But yes that doesn't make sense at all [emoji53]

I'm pretty sure the muffler bolts are not high tensile.

I reckon they would be 8.8's
Vince, that tacho.

Do you want to sell me one?

The 661 is a ripper saw....no doubt about it.

Sure can. Incoming PM.
THAT 661 is a ripper alrite. Tough job finding a Chinese saw to keep up with that [emoji12]

I'm no expert, but if 8.8 is mild steel POS, I reckon you'd be spot on....

I snapped two of them like match sticks..they slowly bent then lost strength I should say....they didn't go pop.
Years of hot cold has its toll on bolts. We see that at work too. We have a die that has 10 M20 high tensile bolts holding in the insert. Guaranteed more than half of them will be snapped in 2 months time. It shouldn't happen at all in theory. But it does.
