Postal service and country folk run on a different clock to city slickers Vince, where not all used to mailing saws and such, I know myself I couldn't be stuffed selling a saw if I have to run around go into towns to post offices etc and I can't take anything but cash not having a bank account lol ..many are still old school in the Bush, cash in the hand stuffe ..Im shore it will turn up tho, I'm south of ulludulla ,about an hour away.

I think he works in a small engine shop and is younger than me. He has 5 saws on eBay ATM. I am more piffed he doesn't respond to messages on eBay. Anyways I'll sit tight. [emoji106]

No! He saves money on not running bar oil. When I checked the running it was going over 14k RPM but ran out of H. Fixed problem now [emoji106] it's blowing 140psi so it will do for him. Easy to start. [emoji12]

Vince, that could be a carbon scratch !
Either that or you've caught it early on a wrong mix seizure.
Straight fuelled saws have scoring right across the face of the piston, but it could be that in its early stages.
Further inspection will reveal the culprit for the problem.
Lean seizures will score on the inlet and transfer sides of the piston 1st.

It's 230 x 100 x 120 deep.

do you have a problem with the widthand/or length as the 10l is only wider, would most parts fit even if they need to be flipped later on to clean the top half
the oem linked above is only 100mm Deep

Yes the inlet side wasn't perfect either. When looking thru exhaust can see markings at 10 and 2 on the bore.

The basket is 100 but it's 140 to the very top.
To be honest I have t tried cases in there yet, just everything else.
