Ya around 100, I got my last one for free but it need some assembly.
If you can afford it, bigger is always better hey. [emoji16]Would the 6L be enough or should I get the wider 10L
do you have the picco RD chain on the 211.A good day for cutting today. All up would have been a full half 6x4 trailer load. Not bad for an afternoon. And the 211 seems to make a good bench saw, a bit more oomff than the ms180 for those bigger logs.

Are those benches better than blocking off a pile as I need to re-size most of my supply for the new smaller firebox

Um , al I can say in answer to you is have a look around on u tube as there are a lot of vids of the system working really well the vids will answer better that I can a picture worth a thousand words yeah thanks for your replyHow will you stop the log from turning?
Most of those screw type splitters I've seen you need to use it in long logs then cut it to your firewood length with the saw and that looks like a slow and difficult process to churn out firewood.

Ive seen those splitters that go on the wheel ,probably ok for soft wood i would think, dont know how they would go with hard stuff, they were cut about 14'' longHow will you stop the log from turning?

Why not build a hydraulic splitter
The x27will surprise you it's light and a good as a 8lb maul or better much like Stihl chain price/performance v Blount inc branded chain, a trade off that's worth it pricey but good, that said
That's the problem Peter.now thats my idea of splitting wood, whats hard about that
Mates got one of these, and works very vellThat's the problem Peter.
