They work well those tacho s.

Got a bit of work to do on my saws this weekend and when youve got a Vince special lying around it only takes a few seconds to give the saw a fine adjustment to keep it in its sweet spot.
Yes ive never used one but would like to know how many revs it is doing, they recon it goes to 6,000 RPM and if i can keep it under that ill be happy
Last thing i want is to over rev and hear a strange sound ,like BANG:rolleyes:

Did you decide to run a two stroke oil instead of motor oil in the fuel mix at 16 to 1?

Id imagine you'd run a leaner mix and perhaps a hotter plug.

Yes ran the HP ultra @16.1 thats why its smoking so much but will put it to 25.1 on the next tank
The plug should be a J8J so got change over plug to that and set @30 thou

Should run much better with that setup....what's the recommended plug gap for that saw running the motor oil mix?

Running it with ultra mix and a hotter plug you may drop it back to 20 thou and see if the saw picks up the revs better. Thought it was missing a little in that video you posted.

The gap from the specs says 30 thou running 30wt oil

So last night mate called the cops as he seen an attempted break in at his neighbours house who are on holidays. Cops said they can't come unless the home owner calls wtf. Luckily his dog scared the fwits of. But seriously what a pathetic excuse, I can't believe it. Sure they'll come out if you report a guy flicking a ciggy butt. I have lost all respect and I do have coppers in my family so I usually defend them.

That's bullcrap.

I would have got that coppers name and made a written complaint to the areas Superintendent.....the chief would have come down hard on a prick that sprouts lies like that to get out of doing the job.
