On another note some of those things were built using surplus WWII tank parts.

2cyl air cooled 2litre 28 hp diesel had not been running for 10 years cleaned all the filters and lines out ect primed it up to find out fuel would not exit the pump on the presure side striped half the injector pump down to find the govener sticking freed it all up and bingo it came to life

They are an absolute piece of sh*t. Hundreds got sold in my area and haven't seen one running for years. They're like Lada Nivas.

Do I send my 660 away to get a rebuild and port it or buy a new Stihl MS 441 R C-M and get it ported. Brand new 660 here in New Zealand is $2,495.

My ported 461 kills a stock 660 up to a 28'' bar and ported 441C severely wounds it.
