I cant believe nobody told me about this thread :(

:msp_scared:

bwahahaha! i know what you mean. i usually stumble on these good threads only when my bookmarked threads are slow. lucked out and found this one early on though.

speaking of which, anyone got any carb kits or a carb for a Monkey Ward 89-24102. Can't remember exactly but think its a Lauson (sp?). here's a pic. this carb was packed with mud so questionable whether it'll clean up enough to ever run. haven't even tested spark yet so just testing the water right now but seems to have fairly decent compression.

Lauson = Power Products = Tecumseh

There are lots of Tecumseh diaphram carb. kits on evilbay in the OPE section.

I got parts in the mail, special McCulloch parts, thank you paccity and Mr. Bowsaw!!
I have your stuff ready, in the mail tomorrow. Should have done it today, but we had the first sunny day in weeks, had lots to catch up on. I still can't believe we got over 22 inches of rain last month.

That's a lot of rain for one month..:msp_w00t:
Did it rain every day?
Down here are average for the year is about 15 inches.

You can post to this thread only if you send the originator an extremely large Remington, Homelite, Poulan etc..

running that carb through an extended session in the usc. starting to clean out; does have some corrosion still. won't find out until i can get some spark though. will let yall know how it goes.

Jerry those Tecumseh carb diaphragms were used in several engines over the decades (including engines on augers and tampers). They're easy and cheap to get new still.
