Need the room fellas.

Except for the working recoil, the big chunks will go in the recycle barrel as they have cracks or breaks.

Practice with your TIG welder.

Clearing out the culls eh Carl? I may be getting an XL104 soon. Not sure yet what it needs (if anything) as I haven't seen it yet. Would you mind saving the hardware (screws and such), coil, and clutch parts from that lot for me for a bit (unless somebody else needs them now)?

No problem, only the large cracked/broken mag. parts are in danger of discard.

I still have the NOS 101 cylinder on hand and a serviceable piston to make that 104 a 54cc saw.

Anyone have a flywheel side case-half for a Remington PL-5a. Never seen this before, but the actual mag is leaking, 5psi, blowing bubbles...lol. Not much to trade, just green paper.

If it is the actual crankcase, PL/SL-4 will also work.

Heck, the whole bottom end of a PL/SL-4 can be upgraded to PL-5 status with the larger piston and cylinder. (I think)

If Aaron doesn't take all that smalll stuff, hardware etc, I'll gladly pay postage for it. I'm always short of stuff like that.

I've also got one or maybe two complete working recoils for super e-z saws anyone can have for the postage if they need them.

Carl - I have a few Remingtons in the truck, PL-4, Pro 88, Power Kraft 2.8 & 4.0 and one other branded Wards WVF.

Any interest in an old Lombard or two (parts saws only), Homelite XL123, Homelilte EZ, or a Chief?

Mark

Hmmmmm, a 123 you says. If its not gone now, maybe it should be.

Darn, I missed seeing this earlier this evening.

A Pro 88 would be yummy. Wards/Remingtons are always welcome. Could use some Lombard (AP42 type) backup for one on the way from Maine. A 34 cc EZ would be a fun project.

The XL-123 should interest Aaron (Eccentric).

Wards WVF.......................??
Chief..........? Not wanting to get into old sand cast too deep.

Thanks bud.
Carl.

HTH did I miss that XL-123 in Mark's list??? Must've been because I was still in shock from checking out his McCulloch score pics that day. Jeff's ahead of me in speaking up for the saw. If it's still available (meaning someone hasn't already snagged it, and Jeff doesn't grab it), then I am indeed interested in it...:D

Carl from Mark's earlier pics, my guess is that the EZ he is refering to is the 5.01ci/82cc EZ (no hyphen) that was the 'father' of the EZ6 and the 'grandfather' of the Zip and 600D saws. I think I saw a red EZ in the trailer pics. If it's a 34cc E-Z then that's another animal. Grab that little bugger (if that's what it is) or I'll be temped to grab it and make it a 41cc runner with the P/C I have from a crunched S E-Z Auto parts saw. I certainly don't NEED any more projects........but a little blue E-Z would sure be cool.....

Have a look guys, send a PM if you see something interesting. A few are gone already...

Hmmm......

I see what looks like an Original EZ (with the green handlebar grip) in these pics. Also see what I believe is the XL123 in the upper right (one saw back from the tailgate) in the second pic. Same saw looks to be on the near left in the first pic (looking more orange than it should........probably just the pic).

Yup, now I see the big EZ and the XL-123.

Don't want another saw I cannot comfortably lift but, you don't just pass up a Pro 88 Remy!!

By Lombard AP42 type backup I mean one like this:

Once I ran Dan's I knew I needed(?) one of my own. 68cc of reed valve snort and not too heavy. One is on the way from Maine.

Aaron: I have toyed with the notion of sending you a complete XL-101 'kit' using the parts in my post above. I think you dodged a bullet.

Mark: If you see one in my sig. you want to run I'll fuel him up ahead of time. I suggest the Wards/Hoffco 480, the Skill 1645 or my blue Wards/Remington 660. They are a hoot.

Pioneer 600

A few months ago I bought a Pioneer 600 from an auction hunter. It's complete except for the clip that holds the top helmet down and it needs a little welding on the fuel tank at the cap. I have decided that I don't need it, does anyone else want it? I'm in it for $40. You can have it for that plus shipping.

McCulloch 200 trade

I've got a farm fresh McCulloch model 200 that I'm looking to trade for another project saw of a different brand. Really dont want to part it out because it's 100% complete and would make a great restore project saw for the right Mac fan. PM me if interested ~Zane
