What happened was we had a sample Swedish-made 154FE back in 1984. Then at the conclusion of our local 154SE production (before the 254 replaced it) we had a spare serial tag but no crankcase to attach it to - and - a barely used 154FE for which there was no market.
So, I decided to pull all the unique parts off the 154FE, replace them with 154SE parts, attach the 154SE serial tag, and then sell it as an ex-demo 154SE.
