I agree. I use to think the 22" BadBoy bar, which I have, was a bit optimistic, but ported it handles a 24" no problem.Cool saws for sure. The TA 3750. I have 4 of those because I really like them. 60cc saw.
My husky 572xp 36 inch bar.Why would anyone only have one saw????????????
Having said that, I do 85% of my cutting with my MS261. If I had to only have one, that would be the one I would choose. The bigger saws are able to handle some stuff the 261 can't, but it handles an awful lot awfully well. The other six or eight are for fun and for big stuff that would take too much time with the little saw.
I would grab my 044 stihl, or maybe my DE80, or maybe CP60Just for fun, if your neighbor called right now and had a 20” tree he needed cut up,
What saw would You grab first that is rock solid and ready for the job at hand!?!

That’s reminds me...... I fixed the Oiler on an 034 and I still need yo test it.Having sold my collection of about 12 saws and only having 2 now, I’d take the 034 super with 20” bar LoL.
I love bringing ones back that were landfill bound and putting them back to work. Just something about that!!I never do any cutting without my trusted 046 by my side. Brought it back from the grave and it has been doing me right ever since.
Nice. I have 3 of those still stock ( for now). Love them. And my ported advanced timed View attachment 949151Mac 10-10
