And here I was/am looking for a job with a tree service and none of them wants to hire me due to my age and/or medical history (disability rating from the military).
I was supposed to work for Bartletts Tree Service after I retired from the military but their doctor didn't clear me the Friday before the Monday I was supposed to start. Stated that I wouldn't be able to "lift 100-pound logs all day everyday". They have equipment for that.
....So I've just been helping out friends and acquaintances with their tree needs for usually the cost of the fuel and/or a 12-pack.
