I am trying to reach you Dennis, I have emailed you a couple of times and tried to phone you but you don't answer. I notice you have been posting here on the arboristsite so I am hoping to maybe reach you here. I would like to know whats up with my saw if you can find the time and if you dont mind would you look into Paul Hill's saws as well. He has been trying to get a hold of you but unfortunately he has the same luck I have had. patiently waiting on my saw.................Wade
