You're exactly right. But that's ok, I'll make the saw right. It's in otherwise near perfect condition. $122 is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. It's just the principle of the matter.

nope i blew it up when the muffler plugged and then i ran it open head
ran really good... for a short time and then the piston skirt lost a hunk and a crank bearing was getting ready to self destruct. Now i run only stihls for work.

The fixer in me just can't let them be. And the OCD in me can't just do them half way. The result, too much money in most saws to get my money out of them. I guess that's what makes this a hobby ehh?

I know who you're talking about as I've dealt with him before too. He also
sells saws on the surrounding area Craigslists with descriptions that include
just south of here or just north of there. All have painted white bars with
ridiculously steep prices.
