That heavy and fat-azz saw will never enter my set-up, but that is a personal thing - we all are different I guess....

I like my saws like I like my women. Well, within reason.

I am 6'5" 420lbs. A little extra weight doesn't bother me..... Some how I think the woman would be bothered by that statement.

Why am I sharing this with you all?

From being used to a 028 and a 260 the weight of the 441 only bothered me the first day. Switched from the 25" es bar to a 20" windsor yesterday and that made it just perfect.

can you link to the vid of the saws tests....seen em before cant find em now ?

Hell my vids aren't saw tests, they are just me sawing some wood messing around. Ultra had them up for awhile because I'm on dial up. He finally took them down because everyone thought he was me and sawing without PPE on. He was catching hell and I was laffing my butt off. I don't have any saw test vids, I merely saw some wood.

Here are a few....

My my, such name calling. If I can allow that Humpback empty square box 372 in my line up surely you can allow the much better built, better fit and finnish 441 in yours,

Well troll let the 339 into his stable so looks must not be a high priority ;).

What, he has a 339, good grief, thats a improved version of that bomb saw the 338. Yup if he was concerned about fat and ugly he would have never got a 339,LOLOL If he wanted the best top handle in the business he would have got the old standard all know is the King of top handles, the 200T.

(durn shame Sawtroll is asleep right now,LOL)

I am real sorry for dis late PPE equipment photo from da banned Axeknot.......butt........Ya know dat dis is what he uses .... at least it keeps his mouth shut for now LOL!

Ok guy's this is an honest question.
For the second year in a row our Stihl dealer brought up a couple of 441 magnums for the stock saw event in our local show. Last year I was definately not impressed with it. This year I was determined to take a serious look at them due to all the whoopla about them on AS. I hate to say it but I still was not impressed. I like the old 044, and the ms440, but these saws just couldn't compare.
Could it be that the stratocharged engines just don't do as well in higher elevation's as the older technology?
I have never ran a Husky 575 so I can't compare them, but at 8700' elevation I know the 441's just didn't seem to measure up power wise to the 044.
