I recall back in the 60's , Pioneer had a Black Berry Heavy Bar oil , it was awesome product . When Pioneer went South , the product line was lost forever !

c.) carb removed and cleaned twice = no noticeable debri
d.) cylinder walls CLEAN
e.) piston CLEAN
f.) friggin saw
she starts, idles and only goes half throttle - hit full throttle and she immediately stalls

i'll replace the fuel filter in tank but do not think that is the problem
Did you try to calibrate it as per owners manual? And who knows now that you screwed with the carb twice?

You sure the wires to solenoid are contacting? If so I think you better check that wiring harness to it with an Ohm Meter.
Where are you gelling 0-E in NJ?
