One of the nicest I've seen Joe. A beauty for sure....how can anyone say that's an ugly saw ????? c'mon.

The 030 looks nearly the same as the 031 what's the difference between these?

I was joking. the 032 is nearly identical to the 031. Read the post above mine.:)Post #11. I was misquoted on a post. I didn't say "Now the 032 that's an ugly saw"
For some reason when I hit the quote box it didn't put the quote in a blue box.So in post 17 it looks like I said the 032 thing

However IMHO these are two of the best designs ever made. I was going to add the 066 but I'm too lazy to go get it.

I like the square top design better than the rounded looks of today.

What should one expect to pay for an 031 I'm a wrencher so finding one that may be needs some mechanical help ?

paid $75 for mine in great running condition, low hours. No way I would pay what I've seen them go for on ebay($200+).I would still pay $75-$100 for one that runs.Once you have it running right you're not likely to have to wrench on it much,at least that is my experience.

In the years I've had mine all I've had to do is carb kit, impulse and fuel line.I got a piece of trash in the carb this spring and it's been giving me fits.I think I finally got it out.
