I would be interested in seeing it tried in other climates. I know in the SE if done outside rain days works well.Try some here in a week or so and watch it over the summer. It will be interesting to hear the results.
I have a feeling since it actually very high in nitrogen you will find it gives a temporary "burn" grass will come back stronger than ever.
