Buying a new saw... what to get?

Better check around for better pricing on the Stihl MS-340 as I just paid $592 CDN for one with a 18" here in Oshawa.Good luck Dieseldog!

Thanks to the EPA, the hp figures are now down on all those saws.

Buy one, and plan on doing the muffler, to get the power up well over stock, then consider mix at 32 or 40:1 for more longevity.
