Back on topic, smokeless fires. I am surprised people here are saying they can see a constant haze because people are burning wood. I am in a part of the world where the vast majority of people use wood stoves for heating but the sky is super clear. But if smoke is a problem, rocket stoves are surely the answer

Newer stoves don’t smoke like older units . Some of the worse offenders are outdoor boilers that’s why many towns are banning them outright
