Guys,

Don't forget your kevlar long johns and winter weight bar and chain oil. Check the summer/winter shutters on your saws. And put those orange balls on your vehicles' antennas . . . .

Philbert

Highs around thirty on the 10 day, that's getting close to t-shirt weather. No orange balls either, antenna has been knocked off the wood hauler for years. If I can't find my "classic" in a parking lot, it's time to give up driving!

What are the orange ball for?

Count me in, I can bring a couple saws and a strong back. I should also be able to bring a truck and 26 foot flatbed if we need it and dad isn't using it.

If the weathers nice I may have the daughter and wife as company. Amy likes saws, and the wife, Lisa, just shakes her head a lot. But she will help stack or split.
If it snows I have to plow, but that just may mean an early dismissal. I'll be there.

Is this motion up and down or side to side?

I guess thats only 13, like I said before, that toe thing always throws me off.
But it sounds like a few extras with wives, kids and willing friends of members.

BUT THERE IS ALWAYS ROOM FOR MORE!!!!

Sounds like we're going to have a big pot of chili for the main dish.

Worked most of the day and am extremely tired and sore. I didn't do anything besides a bit of drawing and watching a CNC plasma cutter. Didn't get a chance to stop in to talk to the farmer. Should be able tomorrow. He'll have to show me another place to cut as I don't believe the first place will keep the gang busy.:D

How much snow fell out there? How many skid steers are we going to have? If the storm for the beginning of the week holds up like I've heard we may have to do some searching or just cut the pile from the pole barn build.

4-6" I believe. I plowed but didn't measure.

I hope to see the second site today with the farmer, that is if he has time when I talk to him. There are some leaners at the first site, and I hope there are some at the second.

I was still planning on bringing my skid steer unless for some reason we don't need it.

I'm sure we could put it to use. Do you have a grapple on it?

I'm getting a bit overwhelmed trying to keep things straight and to remember to do things. Sorry if I forget things! Sometimes, the simplest things seem so difficult!

Yes I have a grapple and tire chains so it gets around pretty good in the snow. Will bring the bucket also.

The dump trailer I had lined up is nolonger available so if someone else has one or access to one it would save a lot of time.

If no ones comes up with a dump trailer let me know and I will see what I can do. Dan other than saws axes and bodies do you need us to bring anything else.
