If no ones comes up with a dump trailer let me know and I will see what I can do. Dan other than saws axes and bodies do you need us to bring anything else.

The person who was going to bring the chili has to work that day, so that's not going to be there.

I know of one dump trailer coming and possibly two.

A couple of splitters are coming.

Anyone have thoughts about if this wood should go directly into the wood shed or be allowed to dry for a month or two and then put in there? I believe there will be some moisture even though it's been dead for a while. I guess we'll have to call that one as we go though the wood.

I dropped by the farmers place and he wasn't home. I'll have to try again later today around milking time.

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone! However, I'm not very good remembering names right off. You know, you guys all look alike! Everyone is covered with wood chips and is holding this noisy thing! :msp_w00t::)

. . . I'm not very good remembering names right off. You know, you guys all look alike! . . .

I think that ALL A.S. GTG's should have large 'Hello' stickers with the participant's screen name in large, black letters. They can use a second sticker if they want to use their 'real' name. as well.

(I want to know who ''sprocketweasel', or 'kerf dog', or whomever is when I meet them face-to-face!).

If we are ever together at a GTG, I am easy to ID, the guy with baby birds cheeping in his beard....

I'll bring my dump trailer. Anyone on the Sconnie/east metro area that whats to travel as a group-I can haul 5 others with me...............

Sounds great! I just hope there is enough wood out there to keep you guys busy! I should be able to do some scouting tomorrow.

I didn't get back to the farmer, went on a run with the family to Manikato. Had to pick up some tax forms.

Looks like we'll be having sloppy joes with home made buns!

We really appreciate all of this guys!

I agree with the name tag comment! Shoot, I was just at an office supply store where I could have gotten some too!

Guys, if you need my address, please send me a PM. Don't go to Glencoe! LoL!

I can cover the bars and chips. Can't have sloppy joes with out the chips to clean up anything that falls out of the bun on to the plate

We've got plates (big and small), utensils, and napkins (unless you guys use your sleeves! :msp_w00t:) covered.

Anyone want to bring some plastic cups?

Picked up some chips and brownie mix at the store this morning. Will make the bars friday night so they are fresh and the wife and I dont eat them before the weekend. Got my 441 and 361 and both x27s ready. Will talk with the neighbor midweek to see if he is able to join us. If the weather is anything like today it will be a great day to cut.

I also just posted this gtg in the minnesnowta group. There are a few members in that group that I haven't seen checked on the gtg so hopefully this will get there attention.

Got the wood dug out of the snow to load into my pickup this week. Mixed up 2 gal of mix and rounded up the jugs of bar oil. Will be bringing saws as follows; 7900 24", 5100 18" 3/8, 540 16" 3/8. All my saws are there to be used so be my guest if you want to try one out.
Got the splitter fired up and some fresh gas run thru it so its ready.
Also will be bringing my 038 AVS for anyone to run. This saw is for sale along with a couple others I dug out of the back shed today. Pics to follow here so if any one is interested let me know and I can throw them in as well.
I have a plan for the money from the 038,
BUT the proceeds from the sale of the other three will be donated to Manyhobies and his family. I had planned to fix these up but I just don't have the time and they aren't doing me any good sitting around so someone else might as well enjoy them and Manyhobies and family could use a little extra I'm sure.

The Homelite C-91 Runs but hasn't been run in about two years

I'm just about speech/type less! That's very generous! Thank you!

I have an old large frame Mac (200) to donate. Runs and cuts, can't get it to oil. Will work on that this week some. Good parts saw.
Pictures later this week.

Snow seems to be out of the picture, and I, for one, am glad. I fully realize the snowmobilers got the shaft again, but I have a hard time feeling sorry for them. Ol Lady Nature is a fickle female, 24/7/365.
