I live in the country. I'm used to seeing wildlife. But I left to go to work Tuesday morning and there was an armordilla at the base of my drive, (first at my drive). This evening a neighbor told me about a turkey that walked across her yard (first here, seen turkeys 3/4 mile away). On my commute back and forth, I'm thinking a need for a holstered chainsaw. We'll of course Turkey, but then, conserning the armadillo. Sorry, I grew up in Memphis, used to get comfort by reaching in your front pocket and knowing you had a sharp knife. But the way these wildlife are invading, Nobodyever asked me about an armadillo. Whatever. Pack a saw boys, is all I'm saying. Watch out, and keep a sharp chain.

Afraid of critters in Tennessee! I'm more afraid of my neighbor out in the yard with his Home Depot Lite than the black bear that likes to cruise throught the yard. Turkeys are good eatin' and armadillos are good..., well sort of like llamas! Take advantage, run em over with your truck.

It's not that I'm afraid of the critters, I've killet more game w/my recently demised 1990 Ford Tempo, than Lewis and Clark did on there expedition. Believe me ., 2 whitetails, coons, possums, skunks, birds, more rabbits than Elmer Fudd. I'm serious. But my point is ... one day these critters may get up after you run over them. BE PREPARED, that's all I'm saying. Gased, Sharpened and ready to go... all I'm saying...

Greffardize a 385 and go nuts on the vengeful wildlife! There's a picture. Sort of reminds me of that rabbit from Python's Holy Grail. Maybe some couseling is in order, Post traumatic stress from all of the carnage? happy hunting!

I think you need to talk to Dennis. He keeps a little Jonsey all loaded up with cooking oil. :)

i remember seeing a video game called Doom. the player would work his way through various mazes encountering a host of bad guys and alien sorts, with a choice of weapons ranging from a 357mag. to a streetsweeper shotgun. when the situation got really bleak, though, you could select CHAINSAW! it would idle as our hero was walking along and rev up when going for the kill. finally, the screen would go all red as you racked up points.
...not quite the same as critters, although i think armadillos came from outer space. good way to keep the reflexes sharp and stay in practice.

No, I think armadillos came from South America, which is easily confused with outer space. Hmm, llamas and alpacas come from South America too... maybe WRM can catch one of those armadillos for Fish!

i have never had a problem with animals. if i see some varmit i usuauly reach to the gun rack and grab the 22 and blow them away and have something different to eat for dinner.

I don't know boys, I'm thinking that a llama is a personal thing. beautiful animal, (we're not talking preferences here) but I'm thinking now that my ????? is from amadillos. yeah that it, I'm pissed at armadillos.

Fish if you want one, I'll get you one my brother, ... it might take me all summer, but i'll get it. If you don't want one, 'm probably going to catch one for a Friday nite "piano tuning";) :p :D :blob2:
