Homelite pic of the day!
Need some help.
990D runs, idles and goes full tilt. Chain is .404 and raker's are near .040-.045 and I can stall the chain pretty easily on a 36" bar, full comp semi-chisel. Its got a 8 pin rim, think it needs a 7 pin rim? Looked the clutch over, not much meat on the bone, but none of these had much for shoes, very thin shoes on all 4 saws I have or I'd replace the clutch.
What do you think is stalling the chain?
