Thats been happening a lot lately around here too. One guy I know bought $10,000 worth of snap-on tools a week ago for $2,000. He just had to keep blowing up this guys phone and calling time after time after time after time. He makes a lot of money buying lots or garages/storage units and reselling the individual items on ebay and other places. He said in the last year or so, if you see something you want on CL and they aren't answering or being hesitant just keep blowing up the phone and dont stop till they answer.
