I'd be wary of that. That's a good price for an 090, let alone a "new" one.
 
If someone contacts me after an item is sold, I tell them, 'Thank you for your interest, but that item has been sold"

I also pull an ad as soon as I have the $ in hand.

A lot of people don't do either (like the guys who leave garage sale signs up all over town with an address and no dates).

Just curious if this is a local CL thing, or just "the way it is"? What percentage of CL posters never respond to an inquiry? Here it's about 1in 3.
I find it depends on the item. for interesting or rare stuff like saws or jeep T18's, it seems like maybe 1/3 of the sellers actually respond. More commonly traded stuff seems to have more reliable sellers.
 
I'm going to put this Mcculloch bp 399t on eBay tomorrow night. It's all original including the box it came in. It has never been started. Just thought I'd let everyone here know.
