La Grange Park, IL saws.......

Good evening. There appears to be some interesting saws on govdeals.com in La Grange Park, IL. They are as follows:

Homelite: Chainsaw, 32” Bar (Model: 707G, Serial: 1187702).

Homelite: Chainsaw, 32” Bar (Model: 6-22, Serial: 726014).

Remington: 816av Chainsaw (Model: 80416A, Serial: BX4368).

The information does me no good as I'm in VA, but the 707G would make someone a sweet gear drive. Best, Max.

True, that. But it's not my job to edumacate them :D

So I tore it down this morning and this is what I have:

Good Parts:

Tank, flywheel side of c'case, clutch ass'y, oiler, c'shaft, piston, one good bearing (the pricey one), coil, chain brake guts, chain adjuster, carburetor & all linkages, intake boot.

Bad parts(present):

Clutch side of c'case, flywheel* (metal), carb box, filter base, one c'shaft bearing (the cheap one), chain brake handle

*Could probably run it as it's only missing a couple of fins

Missing parts:

Cylinder, muffler, pull start ass'y, cylinder cover, air filter cover, air filter

Now the debate begins. The starting point is I only have about $45 in it so far.

Not my job either, just saying...As far as what to do with it, there are several possibilities and I already told you what I'd do, but there's money to be made parting it out also. It's been my experience with Stihl, Echo, Husky that if too many parts are missing it would cost too much to fix them up, sometimes more than what it would be worth. That might be the case here if you have to pay retail for all the parts. Depends on what you want.
