Stay away..........lol
Don't have to worry about that.......

Probably one of those folks that think they can still skirt the sellers fees by jacking up the shipping costs, meaning people like that are the reason that we are all paying sellers fees on shipping cost now.

How do you get that rating?
Did you read the one and only feedback?

Made me look, LoL.
Funniest thing in a long time on ebay.
Just move from radios to saws

The folks that know me will, and that's the audience I aspire too.

Update: An hour and twenty eight minutes remains for your opportunity to own this limited edition chain saw.

Hey I was the high bidder for a couple days with a max bid of $25.99!:D

Isn't this a member from here?

I liked the 610 I had even though I sold it as other saws showed up.

I kind of like what he did to it. It looks nice. Not sure of the value in it though but if someone has the money they will buy it.

Great thing on ebay is marketing can go a long way for some things.

Lot of people have fondness for the PM610 as many people owned them and now a guy comes across one with fond memories of it then bang they buy it.

A lot of stuff from the 80s sells well now days as people are trying to reclaim something from the past.

It is just that around here most have a more refined search for something a little bigger, faster and lighter:hmm3grin2orange:

People are just plain stupid when it comes to the PM600 series saws. That abomination was a huge step BACKWARDS from the 10-10, yet I can get a nice used 10-10 for 1/2 to 1/4 of what I can get a used PM600 series saw around here. I hope that trend continues.

Gas Chain Saw 16"

McCulloch chain saw

Mint looking Homelite...........

HomeLite Chainsaw

If that Homelite is as sweet as it looks, that's a good deal.

I laughed so hard I actually almost gagged on that last swallow of beer!

Looking for Mac 605/610/650/eager beavers or beaver eaters... there worth $300 a piece!! Anybody help me out here??:msp_tongue:

The link I posted above is for one of the lowest priced PM600 series saws I've seen around here for a while. Only seen one or two listed for less, and they were non-runners. Usually, they're listed for $150-$250. It's insane....

Aaron,
Why are you posting up saws that are from my area, you're really driving up the prices around here............LOL!!!! McCulloch chain saw

P.S. That was strictly sarcasm for those of you that may have thought I was serious.

I sent the following listing to RandyMac because I thought he might have some interest.......he is a Pirate afterall............right?
Antique Rat Tail Albanian Balkan Miquelet (Sale or trade)

I had to check the CL listings in your neck of the woods, as there wasn't a single PM600 series listing in my area for once. Strange.

BTW.........check the McCulloch listings in your area. There's a 300 that'd be cool to get for $50 or less if it's in good shape. Speaking of McCullochs...................ever work anything out with that guy down the river from you? I'm toying with the thought of running out his way this weekend, then swinging up river to say hi to my friend with the limp (and then swing by Charlie's place before heading home). I've got a little creamsickle that I need to deliver.

There is no rhyme or reason to cinderblock Mac prices.

You could buy this one for $275

MCCULLOCH CHAIN SAW

Or these 3 for $100

3 MCCULLOCH PRO MAC 610 CHAIN SAWS

Door Number 2, please. That's crazy considering they are from the same area.

Your first link is similar to what Jonathan and I usually see in our area. We'd never see a PM600 series listing in our area like the one in your second link.

Aaron,
My theory here in California is that the Yellow/ Gold color leads the sellers to believe these saws are somehow connected to The Gold Rush..............LOL!!!!
