Brand new 30" Carlton hard-nose bar manufactured by Tsmura, plus two new full skip chains. Got them from Mountainman.

Nice Randy! How many drivers are the chains for your 30" bars? I have an NOS Tsumura Rotarty Tip bar for these saws. Also have an NOS Homelite 28" Hardnose. No chains for them yet. The 28" should take a 92DL 3/8 chain. I think the 30" takes 95-96DL.

Interesting. I've seen a lot of those saws and I've never seen that style hand guard. It looks like a chain brake but I'm not convinced it is, the clutch cover looks wrong and I'm not sure they ever put a brake on a 1074. Beautiful shape but not $100 beautiful.

Those mufflers have been talked about before here. Bolting on an extra deflector does not constitute a "power ported" muffler.
Members here have given our in-house builders a hard time in the past for using bolt-on deflectors.

... but why spend $135 for this muffler when you can send your saw to one of the many modders on this site and get a modded muff plus a port job (with popup piston) for about $250 or so?
