Who did I snipe? :hmm3grin2orange:

Not me. I was in that one early....................and out early too. Was hoping others wouldn't see what it was. Lucked out a few times on feebay with poorly titled/described 'gems' that I recognized. Just wasn't "in the cards" for this one. The manual oiler pump on that saw was easy to spot in the pics. Post up in the Poulan thread when you get it.

I can't explain that ... my last out of town CL purchase was a Poulan 4000 from a guy in NC. I sent him a check and he called me when he was rolling out of the PO parking lot to tell me the tracking number. I find that it does help to chat for a bit with the sellers about the item being sold. The guy I bought my PM1000 from last year was real talkative; we were on the phone for an hour easily. He wound up throwing a bunch of old Mac parts into the box, thinking (correctly) that I could use them.

Ted, it's because you're such a charmer :D.

Submitted a very tempting offer I must say.:jester:

I 'bout took it too........if you would have thrown in a pack of peanuts. :msp_sneaky:

What, no offer or demand for rhubarb pie ?

Other saws sold

I was laughing about the "Gator" as everyone else was, until it occurred to me that he has bid $225 on a $100 saw (and it still has 8 hours to go).

And did you look at the other saws he sold in the past??? The dude must built an amazing Mac because he is not a pro video maker/editor. His previous saws all went for 3-10 times the going rate!

Did any of you watch the video? Wow. :dizzy:

Before i shoot the gas too her... lol. Im pretty amazed it started in one pull. I wonder how long they cranked it to get it warmed up. Looked like his La wasn't set cause the chain kept spinning. That was a nice touch them putting a picture of Boonie his dog on there. That was definitely the selling point that got me.

What one his other videos where they cut something with one of those "very powerful" saws. The chain looks to be dull and the saw still falls on it's face in the cut.

If you click on his feedback rating and see the comments his buyers have left for him, you'd think he packed money in those boxes ....

The Black Mac video.. on the up-cut, he looked like he was trying to lift a fridge off its side, by himself.
