Because as "that person" has stated in the listing, he is using a medium USPS flat rate box (which costs something like $11.35 plus tax to ship) plus will be insuring the item for the value of the sale (which will add another $3-$5 or so). Not exactly inflated shipping in my book. The buyer will have the item arrive within three days of it being shipped....

The Dayton clutch cover I bought a while ago cost me $15 to have shipped, and the seller sent it parcel post (with the shipping cost on the box showing $6.something), uninsured. Took two weeks + to get to me. Did you see the "shameless plug" title of my post? That means I was posting MY OWN ad...
