I don't really understand how a bearing separator kit would help with this. But i also have never used one.

I a, gonna be honest i don't know what your talking about here. This is my first time going this deep into any saw so im new to all this.
I just reread your post! When you say you can't remove the "outer" bearing you mean the part holding the seal! Well simply put it doesn't come off its part of the ball bearing pack, one is needles one is ball. The seal must be pried from it.

Yes this is a lot closer to what i needed to know, so how do you pry them out? and how do you get them back?

This is an actual tiny seal puller , I personally like it ,the end is hooked to get inside the seal and then pop it out with the pivot.20220217_211139.jpg
Seal I just pulled 20220217_211158.jpg
You can make a screw driver flat head with a hook or try a pick. Just dont ***** up the aluminium saw housing.

I think i may have actaully got the wrong crank seal for the needle bearing. If its true that you can't dissamble it then there is no way i could get the seal i have it as it is to ridgid.

I use a large deep well socket to set the new seal in place, it must be deep enough to clear the shaft and the same size as the outer circumference of the seal.
I use my vise on the needle bearing on by putting the cup and bearing in the vise together and slowly closing the vise ,making sure it goes in squarely.
Fyi everyone fudges a seal or 3 so always have an extra one on hand the first couple of times and a tiny jeweler's hammer sometimes helps tapping them around the edges to seat them squarely.

On the ring left from the seal. I use a punch from the opposite side and knock it out of that aluminum piece. Removing the larger seal. I use a flat screwdriver and pry it out from the center. Bend the crap out of it. Youre not saving it so no big deal. Ive used the drywall screw method successfully also. That tool pictured is badass! I like that.
