Sorry, really not trying to write a shop manual. If it would be easier to pm you my phone number I might be able to explain it better verbally.
I just reread your post! When you say you can't remove the "outer" bearing you mean the part holding the seal! Well simply put it doesn't come off its part of the ball bearing pack, one is needles one is ball. The seal must be pried from it.I don't really understand how a bearing separator kit would help with this. But i also have never used one.
I a, gonna be honest i don't know what your talking about here. This is my first time going this deep into any saw so im new to all this.
Yes this is a lot closer to what i needed to know, so how do you pry them out? and how do you get them back?I just reread your post! When you say you can't remove the "outer" bearing you mean the part holding the seal! Well simply put it doesn't come off its part of the ball bearing pack, one is needles one is ball. I think i may have actaully got the wrong crank seal for the needle bearing. If its true that you can't dissamble it then there is no way i could get the seal i have it as it is to ridgid.View attachment 965852

This is an actual tiny seal puller , I personally like it ,the end is hooked to get inside the seal and then pop it out with the pivot.View attachment 965854
Seal I just pulled View attachment 965855
You can make a screw driver flat head with a hook or try a pick. Just dont ***** up the aluminium saw housing.
Whats the part number?I think i may have actaully got the wrong crank seal for the needle bearing. If its true that you can't dissamble it then there is no way i could get the seal i have it as it is to ridgid.
That looks right? I usually go with skf 6119 .Here is the seal i got for the needle bearing https://randysengine.repair/product...5-555-570-690-60?_pos=13&_sid=bcba1924c&_ss=r
The one i pulled out was a bit smaller and way for flexiable i was able to pry it out with a screw driver. But because of how ridgid the one i have is i can't push it in .That looks right? I usually go with skf 6119 .
But rigidity shouldn't be a problem diameter would be.
Thanks bunches and bunches. Here's one if you haven't gotten over there, yet.
