Thanks Ira.Now I need to know the thread size & pitch of the one bolt that I can helicoil.I guess the other boss that's wallowed out badly I'll have to see if I can put a larger size bolt in it.

I highly doubt the muffler bolts on the PM55 are that big,I could be wrong though.
Edit:I just looked up the part #s for both muffler bolts on PM700 & PM55 & they're different.

#10 screw by 24 threads isn't too big.

Sweet. 60cc cylinders are rocking horse poo. But plenty handy parts or chuck a 57cc engine underneath it. I'd like to see a comparison between the 57 and the 60 actually

You'd still have a bundle into that saw even if it has a good top end. Looks like it's had a pretty hard life without much care along the way. I'd pass on it myself.
