Hey guys I have a question. I got a saw recently that I thought was an 890, but the numbers on the block say Mc70 on one side and 298 on the other. Is this the 7 cube Mc70 Kart motor?

Some interesting bucking spikes on this fleabay S44A. Makes it look like a big ol lobster

Crikey Joey. I found your ad (right above your wanted ad). Everything OK buddy? You've got some good 'uns for sale. A bunch on my 'list' for sure......:msp_unsure:

All is well, I just got too many hobbies and the vintage saw collection takes up the most time and space. I got a hopped up 302 explorer 4x4 project I'm working on and a Honda quad just to name a couple. And most important, a six month old boy.

Thanks for the reminder though on those wanted ads. I'll still keep those up incase I find something you guys on here may want.

I'm keeping about 6-7 saws like the 5 cube 10-series and a couple others that I'll still need to use. All that is on the ad is for sale. I've been deleting saws from the ad as they're bought to keep it current.

I picked up this 1-40 and a unknown orange and white saw from the scrap for $1 today. The Mac is free just doesn't have spark or a clutch cover.

Anyone know what/where that metal strap looking things goes on a PM700:msp_confused:

I picked this saw up sometime ago and figured I would give it a glance tongiht and put a starter rope on it as it had none. When I took the recoil off that metal strap thing was attached to the flywheel magnet.

Hey guys just wanted to do an updated Mac list here. I had sold some nice ones off and had been building a lot of other brand saws lately, so I hadn't been paying a lot of attention to the Macsand really noticed that I have added some interesting stuff. Some of these are already on video and some not, but if there is one you would like to see in action and it is not already on my youtube channel, just let me know. Here they are
PM60 (60cc's)
G70 (70cc)
Model 80 (82cc's)
SP81 (82cc's)
SP81E x 2 (82cc's apiece)
850 x 3 (82cc's apiece)
PM800 x 3 (82cc's apiece)
PM1000 (100cc's)
795 x 2 (103cc's apiece)
895 (103cc's)
Mc70G: 890 with Mc70 Kart motor (116cc's)
797Super (123cc's)
797/101b Kartsaw (123cc's)
Sp125c (123cc's)
I hadn't really noticed till recently that I had accumulated 10 of the 82cc 10-10 family. Having all of them idling then cutting group for a video would be purty cool.
