Since echo twins were mentioned. This is my runner i got off municibid a few years ago. Guy gave me all the manuals/paperwork with it. Said they hardly ever used it, too heavy and gutless lol. Can't remember exactly what I paid for it, but it was under $200.00. The other one I paid substantially more for, and ended up needing a coil. Basically turned into a parts saw at that point.
I'd say it's the most obtainable of any twin cylinder saws. I'd love to have a solo twin in my collection, but I'm either too late, or too cheap to buy one when I find it. Wouldn't say no to a wankle powered yanmar or sacs kms, but they are even harder to find then the twins.

Picked up a PowerMac 605-20AV over the weekend for $30. Needed a pull cord, a tune, and a good wash but it's decent otherwise. An absolute brick of a saw considering the displacement and power. I didn't weigh it but it feels heavier than my 462...

Wondered if any eBay surfers have seen this? Listed as a vintage porcelain sign. It was listed earlier but there is a reserve on it. A few days ago, the reserve was not met and bidding was up to $101.00 with 11 bids from 5 bidders. It has been reposted and has one bid currently.
However, reading the description I was very confused. 6 inches in circumference (which they have in all caps). That would make it about the size of a silver dollar or small button. I gotta ask, has anyone else seen this?

I know heimannm has a lot of McCulloch Chain Saws, as well as myself, I was wondering if anybody else has a few McCullochs in their collection of Chain Saws, and are they for work, or for display. Thanks for your input. Bruce.
Have a Promac 1010, which I need a muffler for… it is a work saw. Stout and heavy 50cc

I've got a muffler that I've heat treated and buffed out. Was planning to hit it with heat resistant grill paint and put it up for sale. Haven't gotten around to painting it. I also have a couple which haven't been touched.

Is it the rarer grey version?
Yep its grey, fellow before me had a shoelace as a pull cord with a stick as a handle lol. Its in surprisingly nice shape and the P&C look pretty nice. Definitely has been run rich its whole life as the exhaust is gummy as anything. Still needs a proper clean up but I was planning on getting it running and cutting nice and then sending it off to another home.

I noticed this listing yesterday. Thought I remembered seeing it, before that must've been the first go-around I was remembering.

Strikes me as odd that someone would go through the trouble to measure circumference rather than diameter. FWIW, I'm not bidding. Recently got a 12" (diameter) reproduction aluminum one.

Hey guys, I'm looking for the early large bar plates for my 450 - anyone out there have some "laying around"?

61995
61996

Also considering switching it over to use the later slimline 3/8 .050 bars - I've read some information on doing this (adding spacers, sprocket, etc.) but I'm not 100% clear on what would be necessary. Looking for expert advice. Please chime in :)

Looking for some identification help. I can make out the tag on the 380, but the others are covered up. This is the only picture I have unfortunately. IMG_7150.jpeg
