That isn't anything!

Two months ago I caught a metal scrapper stealing an ancient highway plow from my property. It was too big for him to load, and he couldn't get one of the bolts out to break it into smaller parts, so he hooked a chain to it and towed it two blocks down the road to a radiator shop.

After they refused to put their cutting torch on it [and calling me!], the thief negotiated another mechanic nearby to take out the bolt for $20.00.

When I showed up, they had towed the ton of metal back down to my property, and were working on the bolt. I trapped them all in with my car, called the police, and sent them to jail.

His assistant showed up to court with a lawyer, and all the witnesses showed up. The head thief never showed up for court, so I don't know what has happened to the case. The "mechanic" claimed innocence, and he got off skippy free. He might not have in on the plan in the beginning, but he sure wasn't very innocent.

I love it from start to finish , those guys saw a situation and formed a solution , and even after getting pulled over and fined the one guy still was justifying what he did , and ya wanna know what they'll do it again I am sure ... Love it

Pickin' fights again, are we? You got things out of order. The plow thief got caught before I ever bought the 460, so you are just being a troublemaker. Besides, none of the words I posted above qualify as "strong", critical, nor even slightly abusive to anyone involved with my little tale.

I'm sure it would have sounded a lot more dramatic had you been telling the tale.

Just keep following the stolen chainsaw thread. Things are picking up, and it is about to get very interesting.
