MS 440.....ebay

What do you guys think of this thing? Its supposedly a MS-440. My question is, where is the deco-valve? Did they not have them when they first came out? I've got a feeling is a parts.

The first year the MS440 came out it did not have the decomp valve on it.

As for the saw, it's hard to tell, but I would say it looks like a rental or a large fleet saw with that big 9 on the filter cover.
