What yaw talking about, oh the 372-441 cutting thing. I guess with a stop watch one might be able to see which is faster but without it theres no way to tell, they are that close indeed. I tried to time the cuts of the vid I made and got a 10 second average on each saw with 9 cuts each. I'm not gonna waste my time with measuring a thousands of a second to judge a saw or go find some 10 inch popular to saw up to get better times for either one. I was sawing hard 18inch oak and both saws performed just fine for me. Timing is a poor way to judge any saw in my opinion. How well they are built, how long they run good and how much abuse they will take is the true test. I'm gonna take some pics of these two saws and show how they are put together. I think fit and finnish and being quality built the 441 wins hands down regardless of which one cuts the fastest by a 100th of a second or two. Take note thats only my opinion based on what I have looked at on these two saws. Yaw can look at the pictures and decide for yourselves. I'm sure the Stihl guys will say the 441 is better built and I will agree cause I think it is, as many have already stated that I've showed these two saws to, but the Husky guys will no doult say the 372 is better built and I will whole heartly disagree. One thing is for certain. They both cut good and run good. I got no issues with the 372 at all, I kinda like it but then again I like all saws. The 372 is what I expected it to be, a 5.5 HP saw that cuts like one so I got no complaints with it at all. I am however in 100% agreement with Gypo, the Stihl's will take more abuse and the Husky is a one owner saw. Truer words have never been spoken and from him its makes all the sense in the world considering all the saw time under his belt. That said I'm still not knocking the 372 at all, its a fine running machine but built like a Stihl, not hardly. Thats not knocking it, thats just stating facts pilgrims, John Wayne-1975. I'm sure this will open up a can of worms but before the argument proceeds look at the pictures first, then we can argu to hell and high water,LOLOL
