dolmars

ya we got a couple dealers in WI, most of them to far away to get to when you really need to though. and the 7900 sounds like a great saw. i havent made up my mind yet though. i'm in college right now so funds are tight, i was actually thinking of selling some of the equipment i have now and start workin more with less. probably drop the 260, and the 2165 and stick with the 360 (I love that one) and 372 but i'll still end up getting another big saw and maybe a top handle somthin' in the stihl flavor i think, i'm starting to do a alot more climbing than i used to. How do you like the PS5100S ive heard alot about that saw fast as he!! apparently.

The Dolmar 5100 and 7900 both run well, if a guy just had those two he'd be set for some time to come. I've run them both and they were smooth, fast, and light in the hands. I'd buy them both just for the fun of running them, but the saws I have will take care of anything I'll come across.:greenchainsaw:

Hey Dave what part of the state you in? I am in the southwest corner here.

+1. I only tried the 5100 out, but loved it... My funds are tight right now also, wife bought me the 7900 last christmas. I just just bought the ps-510 and LOVE that little saw. I prolly would've gotten the 5100 if I had the money. Prolly in a few months depending on how much wood I keep doing... It's definitely worth the investment...

Cheers eh?
