Yup. That's my bad boy. It is the best of the 9 saws I have, closely followed by my Pioneer 1200A.

I have a fellow emailed me today about 150 saws he has, wants to get out of collecting after a bad injury had him change his priorities. Had been collecting for 30 plus years.

He sold two Stihls, two Huskies and a Jonsered today for $200. All runners.

Hoping to find cleaner Poulans when I visit him in the 3400-4000cv range, will also jump on a 4200 or 5200:

This "3.4" of mine seems to have a 3700 thin ring piston.

Look likes a chrome piston and thick rings to me. Least from your photo.

Maybe you're right. Someone posted a pic of the two pistons (thick and thin, 3400/3700) side by side, and it definitely seemed like mine were thinner - BUT I did only pull 120 psi compression when I tested it.
 
Need muffler for the white lightning and the Remington. Also interested in 16" bar and chain for the 2300..

I thought I was lookin @ 3 poulans, one mini mac & a ?... I have parts for the poulans & the mm... only bars I have are 12 & 14" banana bars, common on micros. pics of muffs/saws in question would help... if I can help, I will... dunno what top yellow one is in yer pic.
