That guy from NC had a couple pallets of those NOS 3450. I had informed folks about them way back on CR. They were about a 1/3 of the ebay prices he is asking. I know a guy that bought like 5 of them from him at the cheaper prices.
I made an offer and he excepted, I paid 225 shipped, still a little high, but not bad.

I drop by CR regularly the past few weeks. Lots of good info there.

Andre if you ever get a chance. Check the carb for me. I have a 1 owner LN 3450 that came with a 137 carb and 180psi stock.
First one I seen with 137 on 54cc.
I pulled the oem 20" off for my 16"

Ran my 3400/3700 bow build Saturday, ran great and my back didn't hurt afterwards. Had to drop the trees with my brother's Stihl farm boss, dang that saw is too heavy when making a waist-high right side cut.

Steve

If you had your 5200 running they would be on the ground before you could let off the trigger.

I got banned from this thread for two years when I mentioned Stihl Farmboss.

Waiting on my mounts, slow at getting them, other parts I ordered looks like they finally got those in the warehouse so now I'm waiting for the complete order to be shipped. Maybe I'll get to work on it some more next Saturday, got to find the fuel tank vent. I put it somewhere so I wouldn't loose it, now I can't remember where I put it. Took me 30 minutes to find the throttle linkage. Been looking around for a knob for the top cover but haven't found one I like.

Lol, well it not my saw, got more Poulans than anything else. Got one Stihl, back pack blower. One Husky split boom brush cutter, two Mac's. The rest is all green or made by green.

Steve

I only have Poulan saws Steve....

(well, maybe 50 or so that aren't, but I try to ignore them.)

"In the warehouse"..."waiting to be shipped" sounds like another Jack's order to me.

This FW side 306 seal looks so peaceful sitting in its bore for 45 plus years...but it was a leaker & then kicked my azz for almost an hour before it decided to come out!

The modified screwdriver failed, the $$tihl puller failed, the Lisle puller failed, but finally got it out with a needle-nosed set of visegrips clamped onto a tab of the torn metal.
