That's cool ..I have one saw built after 2000.. Tiss a Stihl 017..the rest that aren't basket cases are at best a headache. Thanks for your time.. Kbeetlejuice I aint the guy to talk to about the older stuff. Like mid 80's up to 2000 or so.
I've never run one.. You'd think they'd kick. Like a regular sawPulpwood saws, you use the end of the bow, not the bottom.
So it does kick? Physics?You wouldn't want one to, I've always cut to the side when running one, just an old habit, just in case.

Great info.. I didn't even think about YouTube.. Thanks again, KI do like running my, saves my back when the wood is on the ground, if we use the grapples on the bobcat, then it's not so bad cause it's at the right height for me to cut, then I'll swap out to a straight bar.
