Dave, that saw is beautiful. Hard to believe even. Now, what are you going to do with it? Ya going to run it? I would expect it to maybe need some work if you do. Myself, I doubt I would run it since I have others.

I do have a S25CVA that is used but looks almost that good

Yeah he told me he gassed it and it wouldn't start, proabably needs fuel lines. I'll get her runnin, don't know if I'll put it in any wood though.

If that is the one I think it is, the price was $200.00 when I was in negotiations about it.
I told him that I was skeptical that it would run without some work and he tried to make out like I was stupid!!!
Hell!, It's brand new never seen gas or oil, of course it will run...blah...blah!

Makes me happy to think it is the same one and I was right!!!LOL

I would have DANG sure given him what you paid for it though.
I guess it pizzed him off that he pizzed me off.

Its 25-30 years old, of course it'll need a little something. Looks sweet. No wood for you little saw, only a nice spot here on the wooden shelf.

Very nice indeed Dave. Im curious as to what your plans are as well. I have an NOS Poulan, though not a cool as a S25DA. I found a NIB (new in box) 2000. Box was open, but bar never mounted, and many parts still sealed in plastic.

Gregg,

I know what ya mean Gregg. I wouldn't mind finding an NOS 3700 or 4000! But beggars cant be choosers i guess:hmm3grin2orange:

Nice, very nice but why you want to post that in the Pioneer thread? Says Poulan right on it and there was no such thing as a Pioneer saw when that was made down in the USA!

You going to tell them boys I said that? :ices_rofl:

Ain't no way I'm gonna tell them that LOL. Them Pioneer boys can get rough at times.

Ah come on, that 245A is only about a 13.5 lb powerhead only 74cc saw. One of the lighter ones ever for that displacement.

Ya'll got any gyms down in FLA you could join? ;)

ya we do LOL but i got one in my garage guess i better man up eh? i figured that saw would weigh more then that thats not as bad as i thought!!!!:biggrinbounce2:

I help makeup the Poulan Canada contingent; we have them beat for cross border organization.

Hey it's a Marco sighting! Where ya been? No worry I knew you would have our backs!

Did you see that Canadian 3000 I got from Bob? What a beauty.

You find any more of those Canadian Poulans lately? Like a 8500? :hmm3grin2orange:
