Later Dan, the gesture of sending the saw to Tony is very generous and shows what a good guy you are. My hat`s off to you and I`d gladly share a beer with you given the opportunity. Since I too only drink about 6 a year anymore, that puts you in select company.

It's nice to see this come to a "happy ending", not often that we hear of that in "real life".
Although I've "retired" from drinking, I'd be honored to buy either of you guys a beer.

any time u want to visit nc. this is your
base of operations ,long as u want.. go to the beach one weekend the mountains ,the next . but most of all go sawing with me just for an hour or so,as i would really ,get a kick out o that. and ill drink one with u bud, my treat..

this was a very hard day for me ,and now it has this surprize ending .

i emailed rocky about his suggestion... its a great jesture ,but im working every day now.... so i suggest we wait for a young saw enthusist and get him started rite...
ok heres where it gets soppy...
ive competed in several things in my life,,
dogs, racing pigeons, boxing, and track .
[2nd fastest white boy i ever saw in person.]
in all these things ive noticed one thing .
everything tends to bring out the good in a person or sometimesthe bad[usually greed]... it seems weird but these saws, seem to me, to bring out the good in a person. i dont understand it, but seems so to me.
want too take this time, to thank everyone on this forum for advice and help given in the past.it has been
more than i ever expected..
u all know ill try and help u in your needs if im aware of them.
now to go back where i had my wreck and pay the ticket. hope the judge aint somebody ive crossed horns with in the past.[be my luck it ll be william shields [,a fella that whipped me pretty good in 4th grade and i later punishedf him real bad for it in the eighth.he had failed 3 grades and was bigger than any of us..]lol. if it is, just send the saw to dept o corrections ,in sc.
