My Mom was a big fan of Red Skelton "God Bless" so I bought tickets for us to go see him at West Point. It was very near the end of his career.

For those not familiar, he had a TV show and was funny as heck w/o any vulgar language or curse words. A true American icon.

I had scallops one time in Maine at a friend's house..... pretty good eating for sure!

right on up there with good lobster, shrimp and fish - pan fried just about anything!

Looks like about $20 worth. What do you cook them in?

I spent the coldest winter of my life building scallop gear. Upside was that a gallon of scallops off the boat was $24.

market price here just under $30/#!. used to be 18 then 22... the (- - ) place used to be 11 for the jumbos... not sure what now....

I use 50-50 butter and olive oil. After the scallops are out I deglaze the the pan with lemon juice, reduce the liquid and serve it over the scallops. Yours are browned better than mine. I'll have to try straight butter next time.

Some fresh filed up .404 with 1/4 file ,good radial arc for some tough hardwood, but the kart saw doesn’t care ,

i need to refreshen up my chain! while making a log border for up at ranch... cut thru u part of timber end full of impacted sand... and then when the blade got thru that.... i kissed end of a T-post...

din cut the same rite affter that!

Hello Gentleman. I made the decision to go fish crab on the Aleutian Chain this Summer. I need to invest in more equipment and I'd rather not go talk to the bank if I don't have to. I hate debt! It's not for me. Two and a half months fishing King crab should set me up proper.
I leave in two weeks. This past week. Ive been enjoying what time I have before I go.

i have yanked Dungeness out of crab boat while up in Homer... very tasty, so fresh... still in seawater.... $5/ea

My advice, volunteer at a rescue, and don't just walk one dog. Walk several, and return several times, and see if one of them progresses with you. That is the one you want! Doing this is far better than just a first impression. There are tons of good dogs in the shelters.

I actually still watch reruns of Happy Days and Andy Griffith for that very reason, it takes me back to "simpler times", when things seemed better to me.

About $25/pound for local sea scallops here. The $24/gallon was in 1980 or so.
