I have a top link on my tractor but no side link. If I'm running my hydraulic feed chipper and a grapple on the front then something needs to get unplugged. Fortunately the top link stays where it is at because it needs pressure to move it in and out. Maybe someday I'll rig up a bracket for the 3rd lever.
My front remote works off a button, thay was easy to plumb in. Push the button and move the joy stick for the bucket. Now rear remotes... gott work on that.

WOW! as in.... :wtf: ! that is a Grand Canyon of firewood stacks!!! no doubt! so big... took nearly an entire page just for the foto essay!!!

A fair amount yet to be processed. At least 3 or 4 cords.

There are a few more areas I have wood in the yard. I also have some I started to cut that is down across the trails in the woods, and a pile in the neighbor's yard she saved for me from a tree she had taken out and several logs from county ditch maintenance. There is probably 15 cords of logs at the FIL's property from a road widening project and I can't forget about all my new best friends that keep bringing me wood.

Yeah, I might be obsessed after all.

anybody bo
From what I understand TYM is building some of Yanmar's compact and sub-compact tractors. Maybe it's just a way of streamlining the product line and eliminating some of the smoke and mirrors?

Yanmar has been in business a long time, and they've had a large presence in the states for many, many years. I've worked on a lot of Jap Industrial engines over the years and they're all damn good, and it sounds like the South Korean made stuff is just as reliable. Nothing says we couldn't design and build our own, I guess nobody wants to compete with them.

I wanted to do that but the kit was around $1K. It cost me around $260 to do it from the back. I could have made some nice money on the chainsaw oil item.

Just saw this on another forum. Guy was pulling logs with his Kubota.

Wonder what yr(looks older) and how many hrs it has. I know what I've done with mine, surprised at all its done would be an understatement. What a great piece of equipment it's been, main issues have been operator error, and poor fuel.
I know I'm sure grateful for the little botas, they've helped me a lot, and more than paid for themselves and the implements multiple times. I hardly do anything outside here at the house without them, mainly just mowing the yard.
And just like using a wheelbarrow it's good calisthenics:laughing:. I'll have to post picture, I've been using the tractors a lot lately, it's really getting me in shape :muscle:.

Missed out on a great deal tonight. Over $2K worth of oil for $600.
Looking at the picture on the case, it seems as if it's only good on those fancy ES bars ;).

Speaking of deal, are these little welders any good. There's a couple spools of wire for each one, an extra gun for the Lincoln(unfortunately no tank), helmets, and more clamps than what's in the pictures too(some are under the welders and there appears to be a couple boxes of new ones also). Not sure if there's a cover for the side of the Lincoln, but I'm sure if they work I could make one :).
Any thoughts, I know there has to be some opinions lol.

Spent a long day today sawing (circular saw), drilling, notching, etc. to pre-fab the stand. Was a lot of work, and my back feels it, but I got it done! Will leave with it tomorrow night, and it is supposed to rain tomorrow.

As I mentioned earlier, I had difficulty finding logs that were straight enough for the length I needed, so I did what they did back when, I used the curve to my advantage!

I hope to pack it all in the truck with the ATV, but if I can't I'll take the trailer. Hate taking it because it kills my gas mileage!

Guy said it was a 2009 model. Dealer thought the transmission had a micro crack in it causing the failure. New transmission was more expensive than what the owner had in it, so he went out and bought a new one. Must be nice.

That isn't very old.
Gotta do what you gotta do if you have to have it, for most that would mean a bunch more debt unfortunately. Dure hope it's either a business expense or he could afford to buy it with cash, being debt free sure is a good thing to be if you can.
