All 4 of them have to come out. The thrust bearings are fried (at the minimum).
No dusting, but I was forced to supply adult beverages to maintain order at the end of the day.
Why did the thrust bearings fail? Are the engines mounted to transmissions or are they direct drive with variable pitch propellers?

The real key here is if you need an expensive drug that $38 a month will be irrelevant. I was paying $56 a month and my drugs were well under that. I was quite happy that I found Wellcare at the price that I did. I have one prescription that I have a stockpile of that will last me for the next 2 years. When I stopped the refills that one prescription was $469 every 3 months. What happened was that I didn't need to use this medicine twice daily. It didn't take long to get a stockpile of it. Twenty months from now I will get a new prescription based on my current usage. I'll have a 4 month surplus on hand. This is a sealed inhaler that won't go bad.
My friend with a sawmill was in Agent Orange. He got the cancer a few years ago. last year I met up with him at breakfast. He said one pill he was taking was $1300 each, so $1300 a day! His are supplied by the VA, so you and I are paying for them. Ouch!

For his service we should be . Hope he beats it

There was no clearance between the flywheel bolt heads and the input shaft of the transmissions. They didn't catch it during assembly. We caught it a month ago while removing a transmission to change a bad output seal.
This is the newest boat in our fleet, 5,000 hours and change on that set of engines. According to Yanmar, those engines should have ran a minimum of 30,000 without touching the lower end. We had the pan off one of them in the boat. You can only see so much with the crankshaft in place, there is a 50/50 shot they will be salvageable. According to Yanmar, there is ONE new crankshaft available for resale, and it is in Japan. Hopefully, we will have them all out and shipped to the dealership by the end of next week.

To answer your other question, no props on this one, it is a jet drive.

Some wood piles behind the barn. Little cold to be out there today.

No kidding. Twas a balmy -7 here over by Albany. Best part of it being cold is that it always seems to make one of the cattle waterer heaters fail. I had one that was pretty frozen up this morning and I had to tear it apart and put a new element in it. That was an hour of fun playing in the water when it’s cold out.

That’s some nice wood piles you have there !!

Sheesh...that's a pricey mistake.

Reminds of the time we had a young guy put an engine in and he didn't realize the torque converter popped out of the pump. Didn't matter, he used the bell housing bolts to pull it tight. Put it all together and the engine ran but lo and behold the transmission didn't work due to the smashed pump.:buttkick:
He then got to do his first transmission replacement.
It was an expensive lesson but he learned something.

You bet this is gonna get pricey. I will be shocked if this is resolved without ending up in court.

That’s who I have . No zero cost plan here. Looked into it I would need to be on Medicaid for a zero plan and I don’t qualify. I could have gotten a $25 a month part c which had scripts but my Dr and my pharmacy weren’t on their “list” and I’m not going to find a new Dr . Took me two years to find one I liked and trusted
Yeah I think you’re right about it being different state to state. I’m in Illinois. They have ya by the short hairs and don’t care.

I installed my heater yesterday on my tractor. I made up a bracket out of bed rails to hold the heater. I mounted it in the hole were my right rear view mirror would go. I still need to buy some heater hose, find the upper hose outlet on my motor and run the fused power wire to the battery. I installed the fan switch on the lower part of the dash near the heater on the downside to keep any water from getting into it.
Just looked at the pics and noticed you're an open station man. I like your thinking.;);)

I got the impression that a lot of you guys were appalled at IL requiring a FOID card to buy ammunition. Being in IL, I didn't really think about it since I've never had an issue with it. Go into a store, show your card and buy your shells. Even an online outlet only required a photo copy of the card sent to them before they would sell/ship ammo to me.

Well, a store I wanted to make an on-line purchase will not sell anything to me. The local Academy Sports store is out of stock. The on-line CS will not ship to store or take my FOID card for an order. Their CS is single level, no supervisors or someone with a brain. Their system is not setup to accept FOID cards so IL customers loose out on the sales. I'm pi$$ed.

I am so glad that the idiots in NY have largely overlooked the reloading area, as I do not shoot any factory centerfire ammo. That said, it can be a PITA to get 22 and shotgun ammo. If you try to buy stuff at a Walmart, you never know if it is in stock or not, and they will not tell you over the phone! So stupid! Also, large rifle primers are still very hard to find ... luckily, I've stocked up on them when I did see them.

The nearest Cabela's is in CT, the NY ones are hours away. To buy ammo in CT you need a CT full carry permit. The only requirements are to have a NY permit and go through the gauntlet of applications and fingerprints and pay about $250. So why don't they just accept my NY full carry permit? It is all BS and about money and control. The only good news is that now I can also carry in CT.

Most sporting goods stores no longer sell guns or ammo. Gone are the good old days when almost every hardware store sold 22 ammo, shotgun shells and popular centerfire ammo!

Also, so stupid, in NY to buy ANY semi auto firearm (including handguns, 22s and shotguns) you need to have that "privilege" added to you carry permit. Of course, they are going to give it to anyone who has a full carry permit, so it is just another stupid hurdle you have to cross and is a way to discourage gun ownership.

I am so upset the Democrat narrowly won the last Gubernatorial election. I believe there were mistakes made during the campaign, and I hope the next one goes differently.

Our Walmart is usually stocked pretty good. .410 shows up once in a while and I buy the 3 box limit. Stihl need a gun to shoot it though. :omg: The even have 16 gauge in stock although a bit pricey for the high brass. Centerfire in most common calibers and brands on the shelf. Rural king has plenty of ammo too but some are off the wall brands I never heard of. A guy had a whole bunch of reloading stuff on marketplace but didn't know if the $500 price was good or not.
