No ,David. Take the clutch off so we can see the oil pump, the 066 has an integral oil delivery port to the bar pad , the 064 has a separate oil hose to supply oil to the bar pad, very easy way to identify between the two models that way.clutch is stamped 1128/00
That definitely is an 066, the oil pump tells the 064 apart from the 066. You have most of an 066 red light on your hands.
