Just what are the rules on the swap thread?
I've been cleaning and stripping and even getting some saws running this past week. Is it ok to just put some stuff up for sale here. I am aware of the classifieds section and have purchased a couple saws there in the past, but don't know if I want to go mainstream quite yet. I know you guys like photos and maybe I'll work on that since we just got a better internet connection last week. In the past it was hit and miss getting photos on craigslist and their system is really easy.
Stuff I've been working on----038 mag II runs good probably keep a bit but don't need, 026 pro runs but weak, complete 026 pro stripped bare had bad bearings (non flippy both), 031av runs but probably need carb kit? seems strong, 039 clammy motor really looks to be in great shape also rear handle complete with trigger mechanism, couple top handle 020 cases the handles look the same as 200t's haven't checked P/C's yet.

I'll check in a little bit, my sister got divorced a while back. I was putting a new filter in her boiler and noticed her ex left his pile of chains. This guy didn't sharpen, he bought new. He didn't take care of his saws either, he would run them into the ground then go to home depot and but the cheapest one they had, and proceed to run it into the ground. Needless to say, I have about 30 chains that fit various saws and have to sort them all out. I think I still got your address from the two McCullach bars i sent ya. PM in a day to remind me about the chains if I forget.

Ed I could use a few 56DL loops of non-safety 3/8LP-.050G if you feel like spinning some up and trading them off. Not sure if I have anything to trade that you'd want/need however. Maybe trade some PP funds. No big deal if you don't wanna. Not exactly hard to find this stuff...

It's lonely on the inside.
EDIT Flywheel, flywheel nut, and washer for a 254XP. Also a plastic choke lever for same saw. Still have stuff to trade.

Anyone have an unlimited coil laying around that would fit a 346 they don't need? I could send a new limited one and some trade fodder like a decent used air filter for a 2100cd or worthless government notes.
Didn't you see that thread on RPMs killing saws? You should be thankful you have a limited coil...

I think I gots a black coil for you, it's missing the lead-plug boot-terminal. I can use that 2100 filter.

Looking for 385 top ends, A handful would be nice! Don't really have anything to trade but maybe could dig something up. I have a real nice 031 that appears to just need fuel system work.
I was planning on sending you some 385 parts on Tuesday, will that work? I gots the crank, jug, and assorted knicknacks.
Did you need carburetors/intake stuff?

LOL, well, I consider this a pretty cool old saw! I just want to hold up my end of the deal sooner then later is all. I know your still got stuff for me too but just want to get er done.
I agree...I'm working on a deal right now to go in with a guy on some new OEM Husky top ends and crankcases from a retiring dealer. If it works out I'll be able to hook you up with at least one 390 set.
