Where'd you get a P-62? Does this mean I don't have to leave the dog tied to mine anymore?
Not the whole thing. But I did find a good P&C to put on a P52 ! And no yours is not safe :hmm3grin2orange:

Not to tough to find, here you go. I'm 90% sure these are the rings your looking for, maybe somebody can confirm it. Jacks Small Engines Search
Cool beans. If you find another one I need a spare.:hmm3grin2orange:
Ok, the dog stays.
T-bone, I remember reading somewhere that the p62 has a 5mm smaller piston pin than the other pioneers. I would do some researching before you try this build or buy those rings.
Thanks for that info.I will go talk to Pioneerguy600 about that!
Somebody, Ed I think, told me this was a direct bolt on, but I've never tried it. There was an issue with the piston skirts, but I believe it was found to be a non issue in the end.
I sure hope so! Now I got a ring problem?I need the thin rings for this piston. But can't find the part number for them?

So which piston is it that you're trying to find rings for? P-61? P-52? The P-61 is 57.1mm. The P-52 is 52.4mm.
507475227 is the number for P-61 rings. I just realized I don't have an IPL for a P-62. WTF????
Are P60 and P62 the same ring?
If you want thin rings then yes. They only made two rings for the P-60/61/62/65/655. One thick, about 1.5mm (0.060"), and one thin, about 0.024".

Have a Husky 55 and looking for the clutch cover, chain brake handle and assembly. The cover I have is ok but the brake handle is broken and the brake band is missing. Not sure if the other internal parts are ok. So I may be able to get by with a handle and band. This saw was made in 1998. [email protected]
