Part # 530069142 for less then $6 new from Poulan and that comes with the gasket.

JJ and Parriss , yall are right bout tools. its hard to get started from nothing, but i bet you that when he gets what he wants he will appreciate it 10 times more , When i started i didnt have enough to fill one portable tool box . Between wheelin and dealin at pawn shops, ebay , fleamarkets... Whew i got well over 15000 dollars in hand tools alone, All my air tools will total well over 5 grand alone, I got one impact that runs 1500 bucks , 1 inch drive ingersoll rand titanium . But my saws value to me are just as valuable to me ,

Hey guys, for the fellow that needs the rope, how bout somebody giving him a job. The absolute last thing in this world I'd want to do is climb on a used rope. I've seen climbers dump blocks out of trees and pinch their ropes on big roots. Who knows what shape the rope is in on the inside, especially braided rope. The other thing I have a problem with is sending a rooky out on his own in a job that's as dangerous as this. Not to mention he'll be working illegally. No license, no insurance, how's he gonna bid a job? Something that a real company with crews and equipment and insurance would bid a couple thousand dollars on he's gonna bid a couple hundred and think he's rich. I'm not gonna make fun of him or bash him for asking, he wants to work. Most tree guys use tools till they are worked out. Used rope, used saddle, used saw, sounds like dead rooky. I'm sorry, I'm retired, I can't help you. I really have liked this site since I found it. Most every one seems to want to help. Some body get this guy a job and teach him how to do it right, Joe.

Need 032 AV muffler and screws

Need Parts!

My 032 I bought new in 1983 finally needs a part.

The tab on the outer shield of the muffler broke off and I am missing the M5x48 socket head screw. I don't know if the missing screw is broken inside. I need at least:

Outlet shield ( of the muffler) or the whole muffler.
1-pan head screw M4x14
1 or 2 - socket head screws M5x48

I called the local dealer and he could not help except to say that I shouldn't run the saw without the muffler.

how bout getting me a job i would be a good ground guy so you could show me the ropes and i need the money for the rope as well rough labor is not a prob i worked on a oil rig for a while as roughneck and am more than willing to learn i will admit i have done crazy #### and lost my liscense and everything but i am trying to get on the right foot just anyone that can help i will work
